The City of Charleston and Mt Pleasant have both issued Stay-at-Home ordinances, and Real Estate has been classified as an essential service. So what does this mean? We are allowed to conduct essential parts of our business, but no in-person showings are allowed. We are taking precautions and offering virtual showings, online listing appointments, and more during this time. Our team is working hard from home to continue to serve our current clients, and new ones too.
Many of you have asked, “How is the market?” The good news – we are still seeing activity. Homes are being listed, contracts are being written, and homes are closing.
